John is a content strategist who’s written copy, developed concepts, and led teams for brands, nonprofits, and a global ecommerce platform. A former English professor, he understands the importance of the right message, for the right customer, at the right time. After getting his start on the creative side, he’s developed a knack for operations and data, building efficient processes and insightful visualizations to show how content impacts business performance. A Chicago native, John’s also been an active volunteer at the city's museums and after-school programs.
